The most likely source of funding for early stage businesses is angel finance.  Few funds will look at pre-revenue companies and investments of less than £250,000 (don’t worry, we know all the ones that do).  Find out more detail about how we can help.

Don’t mix us up with advisors who just help write business plans and financials. We assume you have got that far already.

What do our investors expect us to do for them?

  1. We ensure the deals stack up (exciting proposition, valid market, good management team)
  2. We sanity check how much are you raising, your breakeven point, and your valuation
  3. We check for hidden surprises (criminal records, previous failures, CCJs)
  4. We check the clarity of proposition (a clear summary and short investment pitch)
