A family office is an indiviual or team serving the business needs of ultra high net worth individuals. Many family offices are looking after the wealth generated by successful entrepreneurs and as such they can be more in touch with the demands of young, high growth businesses than other more traditional sources of funding (such as VCs and funds).

Envestors works with 14 family offices. Most are looking to invest between £1m - 5m per transaction, and some will invest up to £10m.
