How it works

We introduce deals to our investors through a number of channels:

Investment Presentations. Held every two months from 6pm to 9pm. Companies have 8 minutes to pitch followed by 2 minutes Q&A. Typically 70-90 investors attend and then query the companies and mingle over wine and canapés.

Breakfast Club. Small gatherings of 20-30 investors each month. Sessions focus on a particular sector or topic, and we may introduce external speakers. Previous sessions have been on Gaming Software, Property Investments, The Role of Non Execs and the Main Board.

Investment Bulletin. Hardcopy deal summary produced every 2 months. Distributed to all of our 750 investors plus a further 300 funds, banks, specialist lenders and other intermediaries.

e.bulletin distributed by email every 2 months listing current investment opportunities.

Website. Updated regularly with our latest offerings. Registered investors can login and download full business plans, financials and investor presentations.

One-off Placements. We know many of our investors well and can often send interesting proposals directly to investors.

Registration
Investors need to register to join our network. This permits

i) Compliance with the FSA

ii) Confidentiality.

iii) Preferences for sectors, deal size and stage.

We charge investors an annual subscription of £175 until they have made their first investment through us. Thereafter membership is free for life.

Why do we Charge our Investors?
We prefer our investors to be serious about investing. Networks that are free are often larger but attract time wasters and people wanting to sell services.

We believe its quality not quantity that counts. At our events investors are more likely to rub shoulders with other investors.
