We are regulated by the FSA which means we are authorised to advise companies on their funding approach, valuation, break-even point, and the clarity of their proposition – in general ensure they are in a fit state to raise funds from private investors.

We are members of the British Venture Capital Association (BVCA), and sit on the board of the British Business Angel Association (BBAA). We were voted Investor Allstars Private Investor Network of the Year 2009 / 2010
